Curbside Recycling
Curbside Recycling Starts With You !!!

Pure Waste LLC  offers residential curbside recycling to all of our trash customers, here in Saline County. We will pick up your recycled materials twice a month. Pure Waste LLC will provide you with one or two 34 gallon containers or a 95 gallon cart. Our recycling cost is $30.00 per quarter or $10.00 per month plus your tax. We will pick up  your recyclables on your scheduled trash pick up day. Please see: (Recycling Schedule) 

Pure Waste LLC is now offering curbside recycling to all our customers in Alexander, Avilla, Bauxite, Benton, Bryant, Haskell, Little Rock, Salem, Shannon Hills, and Traskwood. We can only service you if you live in Saline County.  Pure Waste LLC will be offering curbside recycling services to other areas in Saline County in the near future. Please read everything below.

 

Curbside Recycling To Do List:

  1. All recycling can be bagged up and placed in your recycling cart, but it is not a requirement.
  2. Please keep your recycle cart in a dry area. The contents can not get wet. If they do we can not except them. 
  3. Do not over fill your cart. The lid must stay closed to keep out water, if it rains.
  4. Everything you put in your cart, MUST BE CLEAN of all debris or the cart will not be excepted.
  5. PLEASE rinse out ALL food contamination from ALL cans and plastic containers before placing items in your recycling container as we cannot accept any “contaminated” materials.
  6. Please separate ALL plastic lids from plastic bottles or containers.
  7. Break down and flatten ALL cardboard boxes, before putting them in your cart.
  8. If it is raining do not put bigger boxes out next to cart, they can not be wet when we pick them up or they will be thrown away.
  9. ALL paper and cardboard must be dry and free of food debris or it will not be excepted.
  10. Please bag ALL shredded paper.
  11. If we deem the cart contents to be contaminated, they will have to be picked up with the trash truck.
  12. Do not place medical waste (needles, catheters or lancets) into the recycling containers.
  13. Please go through the list of things we EXCEPT AND DO NOT EXCEPT. (See Below)

Most Anything That Tears: White Paper, Colored Paper, Junk Mail, Envelopes, Brown Paper Bags,  Office Paper, Newspaper, Magazines, Books. Phone Books, Manila Folders, Brochures.

Curbside Recycling

Plastic Bottles and Containers: Water Bottles, Soda Bottles, Milk Jugs, Food Containers, Pill Bottles, Bottles, Cleaning Product Containers.Curbside RecyclingPaper Cardboard: Dairy Containers, Juice Containers.

Curbside Recycling

Flattened Cardboard, Paperboard, Cereal Boxes, Shoe Boxes, Food Containers, Cardboard Boxes, Pizza Boxes That Are Clean, Frozen Food Boxes, Poster Board, Paper Towel and Toilet Paper Rolls.

Curbside Recycling

Scrap Metal, Copper, Aluminium, Brass, Catalytic Converters, Tin, Cast Iron, Barbecue Grills, Pipe, Wire.

All Car Batteries

PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE: Food Waste, Household Waste, Any Type Of Air Filters, Installation, Dirty Items, Car Parts, Any Aerosol Cans, Small Batteries, Clothing, Napkins, Tissue, Paper Towels, Any Type Of Glass, Any Type Of Rubber, Packing Peanuts, Polystyrene Foam Cups, Any Styrofoam, Any Type Of Container That Can Not Be Opened And Cleaned and Any Hazardous Waste Items Listed Below.

Aerosol Cans, Motor Oils, Batteries, Cleaners, Old Fuel, Paint Strippers, Paint Thinners, Paint, Rodent Poisons, Antifreeze and Lawn and Garden Chemicals.
